Culinary Misfits brings a one-of-a-kind dining experience to your home with our Dinner Parties and Small Bites Soirées. Your chef arrives 60–90 minutes before service to set up, cook, and create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests—all while capturing content for social media. Guests are encouraged to engage, share, and hashtag the night’s moments. These events are designed and priced specifically for social media, blending incredible food with an interactive, share-worthy atmosphere.
Dinner Parties Starting at $125 per person + 20% service fee.
Small Bites Soirées Starting at $65 per person + 20% service fee.

I’m Eric James—personal chef, content creator, and founder of Culinary Misfits. I graduated at the top of my class from Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, Texas, and went on to train in restaurants across Texas and Las Vegas. Since 2012, I’ve been creating unforgettable dining experiences in people’s homes and offices, blending restaurant-level execution with a warm, down-to-earth approach.
From intimate dinners to high-energy cocktail parties, my food is all about bringing people together. It’s soulful, approachable, and made to hit you right in the feels. Whether I’m cooking for clients or filming content around Vegas, my mission stays the same: to make food fun, personal, and worth remembering.
